Or, if you’re me, don’t. Because you can’t. Yesterday I hit the gym for my first weight lifting session in ALMOST
So – yesterday afternoon & evening I was so sore that I could barely move without wanting to moan in pain.
It seems that, just perhaps, some of my feeling bad was due to not exercising instead of the other way around.
