Monday: REST!
Tuesday: 10 mile bike ride + pushups + weights
Wednesday: morning swim/afternoon run (3 miles)
Thursday: yoga + pushups + weights
Friday: run/swim/run (5 mile run)
Saturday: 15 mile bike
Sunday: run – length to be determined – maybe 5-6 miles
Again – it’s all about flexibility & listening to my body. If I’m still sore on Wednesday before the run, I’ll skip it. Basically, I just want to run a total of 1.5 miles this week to beat my May 2008 run totals – no real pressure!
