The search term of the day is “lefse heresy.”
I feel like I can honestly say, “WTF?”
I also now feel that I should google the lefse heresy to find out what it’s all about.
Ooooh- turns out it’s heresy to bake the lefses. I will remember that. I promise that all my lefses will be made on the lefse griddle. No baked lefses from me!
It is also heretical to not take the lefse when offered. Although why anyone would turn down lefse is beyond me.
