PORN!!
For our office holiday party last year, I received a shoe of the day calendar. There are a few beautiful shoes. Someday, I will scan & share. But, the one designer featured most often is Beverly Feldman. Her shoes are, by & large, hideous. She frightens me. Also, on her blog (yes, of course I looked), she talks about loosing weight, and that typo is my biggest spelling pet peeve ever! So, I would recommend never buying her shoes. As a friend so eloquently put it, when we saw that she has a shoe addiction hotline, we thought teh cure for shoe addiction might be being told that you could only buy Beverly Feldman’s from now on. Yep, cured of the shoe shopping. Her blog is strangely fascinating – just for the insanity that is her life. Also, she gives out a lot of phone numbers on the internet. She is insane.
But, since we at shoe porn central prefer pretty shoes over crazy shoes, I have some of those for you, too. It has been almost 4 months since my last non-athletic, non-gift certificate shoe purchase. I am aiming for at least 2 more months, but for those of you NOT on self-imposed shoe moratoriums, I have these:
