Long Run – No Pictures
Sarah & I did our long run today in our favorite long run place: Banks-Vernonia Trail. We did 12 delightful miles, although by the end we were a wee bit tired, and out of water.
I didn’t take any pictures (booooo).
The architect also joined us (although he biked) and then we hit up the Helvetia Tavern for burgers & beers.
The run was so great – and so much better than my last few runs. It was good to get a good one in!
Of course, now I’m completely exhausted and actually contemplating napping.
