Booking It

I think (fingers crossed, knock on wood, walk under a black cat while throwing salt over my left shoulder onto a broken mirror) that my ebooks are formatted correctly.

They are all uploaded into their various distribution programs and scheduled for an on-time release of February 28. That is one week.

The paperback formatting is – as of 10:15 this morning – also done. All that’s left for that is to get the final cover now that I have ending page numbers. It’s entirely possible that the paperback can also enjoy a 2/28 release date.

I’m hopeful that people will like the book, but at this point, I can’t even dwell on that too much. It is what it is. No more changes. (I really wanted to change some stuff this morning. But I didn’t. It will never be done enough in my head, so I just need to walk away.)

Once I get the final cover for my paperback (which shouldn’t take too long – it’s just a sizing issue; the main design is done), I can let it go.

Finish my draft of the second book and send to my PSM. (End of March, I promise.)

I also need to start the second book in my second series, I have a couple shorter things in process, and some side projects I need to work on. So, it’s not like I don’t have a to-do list waiting for me.
