Shoesday – Things I Can’t Afford Edition

The title is a little bit misleading. Some of these I’m sure I could afford if I really wanted to drop a couple hundred on another pair of boots. But I don’t, so I’m declaring them out of my price range.

How gorgeous are these? They may not be terribly practical, but maybe someday, I can own a pair of red suede platform pumps and not worry about the cost/wear….

 

I typically don’t like shoes that have the branding all over them, but I really like these for some reason. The stacked heel that’s so popular now makes me really happy, and I love the muted colors. So gorgeous.

 

Speaking of stacked heels – aren’t these great?

 

 

After my first pass through the shoe world for today’s post, I think I’d picked out 17 (exaggeration!) pairs of Frye boots. I did manage to narrow it down to two. I love these.

 

I really like these, too. The buckles are a nice detail.

 

And now, for a bit more…impractical shoes (yes, more impractical than red suede Louboutins!)…

Why yes, I do need some $1700 sequined pumps…..for work….

And – for days that the red is just too much – maybe these slightly more understated shoes….

 

And of course, there are those days where work might consist of being an incredibly expensive stripper – and nothing else will do but these:

Awesome, right? I mean for your expensive stripper job (those bills that get stuffed into the g-string better be 100s, amiright?!)
