Someone on my LJ friend list posted a list of the books she’d read in 2006. I thought that sounded fun, so I was going to do the same. However, this is going to be a partial list only, because I can’t remember everything I read.

I can’t remember any others, although I’m certain there were some – many in fact. And this is not counting all those that I re-read (Lord of the Rings, many Terry Pratchett books, a few Tom Robbins books, the entirety of the Dark Tower series). I definitely fulfilled my desire to read a lot of new books and new authors. I have many of you to thank for that – a lot of these books came from suggestions (and, in a few cases, as gifts). I have a healthy reading list prepared for 2007, too. I read A Man Without a Country yesterday, and started Half Asleep in Frog Pajamas (Tom Robbins) today. Next on my list is Conversations With God.

It’s been a good book year – but if you see anything I’m missing, let me know. I never mind growing a book list. (Or, if you want a review of any listed, again let me know.)
